Cost:

School Lunch costs £1.90 per day. 

All Primary 1, 2 ,3 & 4 children at  Glasgow City Council schools can get free school lunches during term-time.  This applies to all children in these years - your family's financial circumstances do not matter. Families on low incomes may be eligible for their child to continue to recieve free school. Please see Clothing Grants & Free School Meals.

Payment:

Glasgow City Council has moved to a cashless payment system. More information will be added about this.

Menu:

There is a three week rolling menu system in place for school meals. We have Standard, Halal and Vegetarian Menus available.

Clothing Grants & Free School Meals

All Primary 1, 2 ,3 & 4 children at  Glasgow City Council schools can get free school lunches during term-time.  This applies to all children in these years - your family's financial circumstances do not matter. 

Families on low incomes may be eligible to receive an annual School Clothing Grant award of £110 for each qualifying child as well as recieving free school meals- breakfast and lunch (see 'Breakfast Club' section). The award is given annually to assist with the cost of purchasing essential school clothing and free school lunches will continue after Primary 4, as well as the option to attend Breakfast Club free of charge.
